Jed Rubenfeld


Jed Rubenfeld is the internationally bestselling author of the novels The Interpretation of Murder and The Death Instinct, the nonfiction books Revolution by Judiciary: The Structure of American Constitutional Law and Freedom and Time: A Theory of Constitutional Self-Government, and co-author, with Amy Chua, of The Triple Package: How Three Unlikely Traits Explain the Rise and Fall of Cultural Groups in America. He is a professor at Yale University Law School and is one of the country’s foremost experts on constitutional law. He wrote his undergraduate thesis at Princeton University on Sigmund Freud. He lives in Connecticut with his family.
